Troubleshooting

• Has your laptop mysteriously run out of storage – perhaps the Storage tab in “About This Mac” shows a large chunk of files labelled “Other”? 

• Is your Mac running very slow, or are there many apps that open on start-up meaning it’s unusable for the time it takes to make that first morning cuppa or two? 

• Did the Wi-Fi on your Mac Book suddenly stop working? 

We can diagnose and remedy many common and less-common issues, that are more usually not a hardware issue, but an operating system fault or configuration issue that is readily resolvable. 

A refresh/re-install of the operating system may be required, or in many cases, an operating system update. We can do this safely without risking your computer account and files, and we recommended that a back-up be made beforehand where possible as a contingency.
