Recovery

Help is at hand.  Apple Mac computers are built to last and well worth recovering, promoting a sustainable use of our IT investments, avoiding continually buying new equipment. 

A combination of operating system refresh, hardware upgrade repair/replacement may be required.  We will investigate the issues for you and recommend a plan of action to suit your budget.

If recovery of the computer is not feasible, in most cases recovery of your valuable data will be possible.  Where appropriate, the storage device can be removed and installed in a case, providing you easy access to the files.  We can then provide support in identifying the files you wish to recover on to your newer machine.

Note that if the storage on the computer is encrypted, recovery will be possible only if you have the encryption key.
