Operating System Upgrades

• Has it been weeks or even months, years even, since your Mac received those crucial security updates you hear about, and you worry that this is putting your files at risk?

We can offer peace-of-mind and enable you to get the most out of the latest and most secure features of the most up to date Mac OS (operating system) that your computer will run. 

The service includes ensuring all your files are backed up, whether to your Cloud storage service or an external hard-drive (we can provide one for this if needed) prior to upgrade to provide fast recovery path if needed.  

For Macs with small storage capacity, it is sometimes necessary to archive files (see Housekeeping) to ensure there is sufficient space to carry out the upgrade - typically at least twice the size of the upgrade installer file.
